Colorful, flamboyant and at times slightly dangerous chemistry pulls an audience of inquiring and intelligent high school students from the entire island of Sjælland to the Department of Chemistry every year in January. The event? A lecture given by Department tutors for decades. Now it's out on video.

Associate Professor Anders Døssing from the Department of Chemistry, University of Copenhagen with a banana you can use to pound in nails.

The event was filmed by Faculty of Science communications officers. Now the resulting video has been released to the public.
